如题，Scripts目录下没有jupyter notebook是怎么回事，所以打不开notebook，另外通过vscode运行的时候提示我Python is not installed. Please download and install Python before using the extension。请大神帮忙！！！

现在运行vs code 的时候开始提示：
You need to select a Python interpreter before you start debugging.
Tip: click on "Select Python Interpreter" in the status bar.

应该是你有多个python环境吧，选择你vnstudio下的python应该就行了吧
