在Windwos Server 2012 R2 Datacenter安装vnpy的问题。
这个ddl比较熟悉，是Python自带的，正常的下载Python并将其中的这些ddl放在vnpy自带的Python中，则会报错。
谷歌无果后，这个思路算是不可以。
我尝试从源码进行安装。
使用install.bat对于TA-Lib的安装有问题，报错缺少Visual C++的相关工具，我直接使用Ta-Lib的wheel安装成功。
但是运行官方给的样例，会报错。

Available platform plugins are: direct2d, minimal, offscreen, windows.网上关于这里的报错则是根据PySide2，不知道怎么修改。
